How long until I receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day. How long it takes to reach you depends on the shipping option you've chosen. Regular shipping usually takes 2-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number so that you can check on your shipment's progress.
I didn't get my order. What do I do?
If you're concerned about your shipment being lost, please check the tracking we provided in the shipment confirmation email first. There can be delays by the carrier due to weather, holidays or other reasons. If the tracking doesn't show any recent updates, and it's been 14 days since placing your order, please message us using the form below. We will try to locate your package, and if it is lost, send a replacement.
Can I cancel my order or make changes?
As long as your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it or ask to make changes. We are usually able to accommodate our customers. However, your shipment may have already been shipped before you receive the shipment confirmation email. Contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee that it hasn't already left our warehouse.
Can I track my package?
After your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Do you ship outside of the US?
We currently only ship to the lower 48 states of the USA. We do not offer international shipping.
I'm not sure what item I need. Can you help?
We're happy to consult how to best meet your needs. Whether you have questions about the compatibility of different server parts or are unsure, which model of a component does best what you want it to do, we'll figure out the best solution with you. Message us with your concerns and we'll get back to you ASAP.
What's the condition of refurbished items?
All the used items we sell are tested and fully functional. They might show signs of regular wear and tear that don't affect the performance of the components.
My item doesn't work. What do I do?
If you believe that any item you ordered is not functional, please contact us. Oftentimes we can help figure out the cause and advise on how to adjust your configuration. If the item is defective, we will of course replace it.
